Membership Eligibity

The West Bengal G.R.S Association has been established for the welfare and development of Gram Rojgar Sahayak (Erstwhile Gram Rozgar Sevak), working as a dedicated employee in Gram Panchayat level in all Panchayat Office under West Bengal the successful implementation of MGNREGS and different rural development program.

Eligibility of Membership

  • Only Gram Rojgar Sahayak (GRS) are eligible for taking the membership of West Bengal G.R.S Association. Any other employees or person cannot be taking the membership of the West Bengal G.R.S Association in any circumstances.
  • Only Gram Rojgar Sahayak (GRS) from West Bengal are eligible for taking the membership of West Bengal G.R.S Association. The Rojgar Sahayak (GRS) from another state cannot be allowed for getting the membership of West Bengal G.R.S Association in any circumstances.
  • Rules and regulation for Membership

    The rules and regulation for Membership are as follows-

    • For this year, the Gram Rojgar Sahayak (GRS) only submit their membership application for "New Membership Enrolment for the year 2019-20".
    • Membership application should be submitted through online. The entire process should be done through the Association website/portal www.wbgrsa.org. Any type of offline membership applicant cannot be allowed in any circumstance.
    • This membership is valid for 01 (One) year from the date of enrolment/registration. After the registration, the members should be renewing their membership every year.
    • The receiving process of membership application will be done from 1st April 2019. It will be closed on 31st July 2019. After this period, any kind of Membership application cannot be allowed.
    • The receiving the Membership fee will be done from 1st May 2019. It will be closed on 31st July 2019. After this period, any kind of Membership application cannot be allowed.
    • The membership fee should be submitted through online payment (Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card, etc) from the Association's website. Any kind of Offline payment cannot be allowed in any circumstance.
    • The membership fee remains fixed by the Association’s State Committee every year. The member’s fee will be changed every year as per rules and regulation by our Association’s State Committee.
    • Members or Applicant should pay only schedule amount which is fixed by the Association’s State Committee. Any Members or Applicant should not pay any excess amount for membership registration.
    • Any Members or Applicant should not pay for membership and any others purpose to any person or any committee members except our Association’s website directly.
    • Applicant must accept all the terms and condition of Association. Applicant must obey the instruction of the Association for the welfare of Gram Rojgar Sahayak.

    Process for Membership Application:

    The process of Membership Application is as follows-

    1. The wiling applicant or Gram Rojgar Sahayak’s are must read the rules and regulation of Association along with the annual membership fee before submitting the application.

    The wiling applicant or Gram Rojgar Sahayak should enter the Association’s website www.wbgrsa.org from the computer or mobile.

    • After opening the Association’s website www.wbgrsa.org the Membership menu on the home page.
    • See all information carefully from Benefit of Membership and “Eligibility, rulers and Fee structure of Membership”.
    • Applicant should click on Apply for membership (Online) and select Online Registration (http://www.wbgrsa.org/registration) .
    • The applicant should submit all valid information and set a suitable password. Password must be remembered for Membership at any time.
    • After registration, the applicant should click on Login (http://www.wbgrsa.org/login ) and enter the User Name (Email Id/Mobile No) with a password.
    • After login, the applicant should fill up the membership application form with correct information and submit carefully.
    • After successful submission, the applicant can download or taking print of the submitted application.
    • After that, the applicant must pay the Membership Fee (Rs 600.00), which is already fixed by the Association’s State Committee through the payment gateway. Payment should be is done by Internet Banking//Debit Card/Credit Card etc.
    • After successful payment, the applicant can download/print the payment invoice/receipt by the Association.
    • After successful payment, the application should need the verification from District Login (by District Committee / District Observer by State Committee).
    • After verification by District Login (by District Committee / District Observer) by State Committee, the application should need the final approval by the Association’s State Committee (President /General Secretary or Vice President/Joint Secretary/Assistant Secretary.
    • After approval by Association’s State Committee, the application will be enrolled and register for Membership.
    • After Registration, the members can download the Membership Certificate from the Login (Members Dashboard) by entering individual User ID & Password and viewing the membership details in Association website with Membership Registration Number.

    3. The applicant/members will receive SMS and Email in every membership application and registration process from time to time.

    4. If the membership application is rejected for any inconvenience issue, then the payment amount will be refunded to concern the applicant's bank account directly within 15 (Fifteen working days).

    5. Membership Application should be cancelled or reject if the payment of membership fee is not complete.
