General Meeting of the State Committee on 20th September 2026 (Sunday) at Basirhat, North 24 Parganas District, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

This is to inform all concerned that the General Meeting of the State Committee is scheduled to be held on 20^th September 2026 (Sunday) at Basirhat, North 24 Parganas District, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All eligible participants are requested to attend the meeting physically and as per the schedule mentioned above.

Eligible Participants

The President, Secretary, Cashier, and Welfare Representative from all approved District Committees.

All designated persons of the State Committee and Welfare Committee.

Meeting Details:

Detailed information regarding the venue, route map, meeting agenda, and other necessary information will be communicated prior to the meeting date, after confirmation of the meeting venue.

All eligible participants are requested to attend the meeting as per the above-mentioned schedule. Members are requested not to remain absent without providing prior information or a valid reason.

Actual travel expenses and other applicable expenses may be reimbursed from the State, District, or Welfare Fund, as applicable, subject to the existing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities of the Hosting Committee:

The President, Secretary, and Cashier of the Hosting District Committee (North 24 Parganas District Committee) are requested to make all necessary arrangements for the successful conduct of the meeting.

Important Notes:

The above meeting schedule may be changed or rescheduled in the event of any serious unforeseen circumstances. In such a situation, all concerned will be informed accordingly in due course.

This meeting will be the concluding Meeting for the current State and Welfare Committees, along with all District Committees. All committees at every level will be dissolved during this meeting

Only valid and eligible participants will be permitted to attend the meeting. No substitutes or unauthorized persons will be allowed to participate.
