3rd State Convention on 19.06.2022 at Haripal, Hooghly

Membership (New/Renewal) for FY-2021-22 will be start from 1-Dec-2021 through Online payment system. 

District Level Annual General Meeting/Convention for District Committee Formation/Reformation will be done from 1-Dec-2021 to 26-Dec-2021. 

Block Level meeting for Block Committee Formation/Reformation will be done from 20-Nov-2021 to 10-Dec-2021

As per the decision taken by the Association’s State Committee (Ad-Hoc), the West Bengal G.R.S Association’s State Level General Meeting/Annual General Meeting will be held on 14th November 20201. The details are as follows-

• Meeting Date: 14th November 2021 (Sunday)
• Meeting Time: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Meeting Venue: Panthashala Municipality Guest House (Bardhaman House Conference Hall & Guest House)
• Meeting Location: Grand Trunk Rd, Burdwan, West Bengal 713101 (Near Tinkonia Bas stand, Way to Bardhaman Railway station to Curzon gate)
• Hosting District Committee: Purba Bardhaman District Committee

As per the decision taken by the Association, the Membership Registration/Renewal Process (2020-21) and membership fee payment system through online payment gateway will be open up to 18th March 2021 midnight. 

Dharna & Demonstration Program will be held at P&RD on 11.03.2021 from 10am. 

State level "Dharna and Demonestration Program" will be held on 03.02.2021 from 10 am at "Rani Rasmani Avunue, Kolkata".  

P&RD Program will be held on 19.01.2021 from 10 am

State Level Meeting through Video Conference (Google Meet) will be held on 06.01.2021 from 8:00 pm

Press Confarence will be held on 13/12/2020 from 2 pm at Kolkata Press Club

Description:This is to inform you that an urgent meeting through Video Conference (Google Meet) will be held on 10/12/2020 (Sat) from 12 pm.

Sub: Review and analysis different programs on 12/10/2020 It's utmost urgent.

To bring our demands and issues within a brighter focus of the administration, we have decided to go on strike for one day on 12th October 2020 (Mon day).  

This is informing all that, an Urgent State Level Meeting will be held on 19th September 2020 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Membership Registration/Renewal Process for 2020-2021 will be started from 15th September 2020 (8:00 pm) through Association’s web portal www.wbgrsa.org . Any Members and willing GRS can apply for Membership Renewal or New Registration under this Association. Membership Fees can be payable through online payment system. The schedules Membership Fees are mention bellow-

Membership Renewal for existing member (2020-2021): Rs 400.00 (including service change and GST)

New Membership Registration for fresher (2020-2021): Rs 750.00 (including service change and GST)

All others rules and regulation for Membership Process are remain same. The details information about Eligibility, Rules and Fee Structure of Membership Registration/Renewal (2020-2021) will be view in Association’s website or web portal (https://www.wbgrsa.org/membership-eligibity )   

Kindly note that, in case rejection of the membership application form Distract Committee/State Committee’s end, the fee will be refunding (excluding Convenience/Service Charge & GST) applicant’s Bank Account/Wallet/actual payment mode within seven (7) working days from the date of rejection. The payment confirmation may delay or error due to the service issue. In that case, the applicant should contact the Association end through email westbengalgrsassociation@gmail.com . After successful payment, it may take a maximum of seven (15) days for Membership Approval (Existing/New) from the District/State Committee’s end. After approval, the applicant will get a confirmation SMS/Email in register Mobile No & Email Id. The membership certificate will be generated through the applicant’s members logging (using user-id & Password) from the Association’s website

This Membership Registration/Renewal Process for 2020-2021 will be open till further notification.

All District Committee/Designated/Members being requested Claim District Fund/Bill of FY-2019-2020 within 25/09/2020 throgh WBGRSA-IFMS.

Due to Pandemic COVID-19 (N-Corona) affection, the all types of extenal activites,meeting & program suspended till further notice. 

Assocation's Executive/State Committee now contribute or donate Rs. 25001.00 (Twenty five thousand and one) to  to West Bengal State Emergency Relief Fund for Natural Calamities of Corona virus disease (COVID-19)

Alipurduars District Committee Meeting will be held on 23/02/2020 at Sadananda Pry. School, Shovaganj, Alipurduars. 

As per decision taken in last General Meeting/Annual General Meeting of West Bengal G.R.S Association, Executive/State Committee (Vide Notice No: 161/A-P (EC)//WBGRSA/2019, Dated: 15/12/2019, Point No-07) and By-Law of Association (Rule-9.2), the Association will assign a Accountant & Auditor for maintenance of all types of Accounts and internal audit of Accounts related works of this association. In this regard, the association is now inviting applications for assignment of Accountant & Auditor from any willing and eligible person/agency/firm. The details are as follows-

1. Eligibility: B.Com in Accountancy the good knowledge of Tally & CA or Any CA Firm
2. Works:

1. Comparing Bills/Vouchers with Cash Register and Bank Account Statement.
2. Comparing the Bank Account Statement with Payment Gateway Statement (If needed).
3. Preparation of Receipt and Expenditure Statement (Monthly)
4. Preparation of Balance Sheet (Annually)
5. Preparing of GST/TDS/Service Tax Calculation (If needed).
6. Coordinate and Assist the Cashier for any accounts related matters
7. Conduct the internal Audit and External Audit through CA Firm along with preparing Financial Report & Audit Report (Annually).

As per the work order.

1. Duration of Assignment: As per the work satisfaction.
2. Documents Needed for this assignment:

1. Application (Address to President/General Secretary, West Bengal G.R.S Association, Executive Committee) and Quotation with approx Quotation amount or cost
2.  Bio-Data with valid Address and Bank Account details

2. Selection Process: As per lowest Quotation amount or cost.

So, any willing and eligible person/agency/firm can submit their application within 20/02/2020 for this assignment.

Murshidabad District Meeting will be held on 15/02/2020 at Beherampur Barak (Near Squre Field), Beherampur. 

All members are being requested to update their profile/information through Members Login 

All members are being requested to contribute to the WBGRS Welfare Fund for Development & Welfare of GRS/Financial Support. This contribution can be made through online payment from Members login (Member Login)

West Bengal G.R.S Association’s next State Committee’s General Meeting will be held on 15th December 2019 at Mal Block under Jalpaiguri District. See details in vide Notice No: 150/A-GS (SC)/WBGRSA/2019 , Dated: 07-11-2019. 

Membership Application (2019-20) and Membership Fee Payment through Online Mode in Association Website/Portal www.wbgrsa.org will be re-open from 1st November 2019 (Friday) and it will be closed on 7th November 2019 (Thrusday). Any un-applied and willing GRS can submit their Membership Application (2019-20) and complete the Membership Fee Payment through online mode without any obligation. Any up-paid Applicants also make their membership Fee Payment through User Id/Password in Members Login.

After this term, no extension can be executed in any circumstance. All successful and valid Membership Applications will be registered by the Association’s end within 15th November. All terms and conditions of Membership Application and Membership Fee Payment remain unchanged.

WEST BENGAL GRS WELFARE FUND Contribituon will be start from 1st September 2019. 

Online Membership Application Processs for 2019-20 extended up to 22/08/2019.
