Our Achievements

We have achieved the following successes, which are as follows:

• Registered the Association under the West Bengal Society Act and the West Bengal Registration Act.
• Implemented the Association's official website and all necessary social media platforms.
• Established the Association’s centralized bank account with an online payment system.
• Obtained the Association’s PAN and TAN under the IT Act of 1961.
• Registered the Association under Section 12 A and 80 G by the IT Act of 1961.
• Implemented online membership with an online payment system through a dedicated payment gateway platform.
• Implemented the WBGRSA Integrated Financial Management System to maintain transparency and accountability of the Association's financial and accounting systems.
• Completed audits of accounts, TDS deductions, submission of the ITR, and other necessary financial reports through a CA/Accountant regularly.
• Established the WBGRS Welfare Fund and registered it as an autonomous setup under the Gram Rojgar Welfare Foundation for financial support (death compensation, legal assistance, medical treatment, and others).
• Included the EPF scheme through the submission of letters, memorandums, grievances, and hearings at the EPFO office.
• Withdrawn the service condition of 15,000 man-days in every financial year through the submission of letters, memorandums, and grievances to the concerned department.
• Introduced a geo-tagging incentive system through the submission of letters, memorandums, and grievances to the concerned department.
• Introduced a death compensation system through the submission of letters, memorandums, and grievances to the concerned department.
• Conducted regular programs and activities at the block, district, and state levels along with other concerned departments through the submission of letters, memorandums, and grievances.
• Submitted letters, memorandums, and grievances to public representatives and concerned authorities regularly.
• Provided all kinds of official support along with legal assistance to every member.
