Privacy policy

Our Association is a completely non-profit organization. We advocate for the welfare and development of contractual employees working under different Gram Panchayat offices in the state of West Bengal. Our goal is to ensure a healthy future for ourselves and our families. We demand dignity, a peaceful working atmosphere, and earnings that can at least secure our future and that of our families.

  • The association shall maintain a necessary and dedicated database for recording members' data through online or offline modes. 
  • The association cannot collect or share any visitor data or IP addresses under any circumstances. 
  • The association collects payments through a dedicated and secure payment gateway platform that is PCI DSS certified.
  • The payment gateway platform cannot share any sensitive information about the payee. The association only utilizes the transaction ID/Payment ID for payment confirmation and invoice generation. 
  • The association only uses members’ data, primarily occupational data, for various activities and essential works of the association with the consent of the members. 
  • The Association cannot use any data for any kind of personal or business related activities in any circumstances.
  • The association cannot share or disclose any member data or any other information, including payment details, to anyone under any circumstances. 
  • The association also provides the highest level of security with the latest PHP and data encryption for data security for the association's website database. 
  • The association's website cannot use any cookies from any other third-party applications or software. 
  • The association always protects members' data through necessary database security with the assistance of SSL certification in the web database. 
  • The association uses a user-based and role-based login platform for all authorized personnel (State/Welfare/District Level) for data management and activity management. 
  • The association follows and maintains the rules and regulations of the Data Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). 
  • In case of a violation of the Data Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), the association and the appropriate authority can take action under the IT Act/DPDP Act.
