Block & District Level Annual General Meeting in every December or January on Physical Mode in every year.
Block & District Level General Meeting in every August or September on Physical Mode in every year.
Virtual Meeting of Executive Committee, State Committee, Welfare Committee, and District Committee in regular basis.
Maintain the accountability and transparency in all types of claims, payments, expenditures, fund transfers, and records through the online portal (WBGRSA-IFMS).
Completion the Audits of Accounts, TDS deduction, submission the ITR and other needful financial report through CA/Accountant regularly.
Completion the regular and necessary updates to the Association Web Portal.
